Running my life and business sustainability is hugely important to me - the time to make a difference is now, that means actively doing more. Below are some of the ways I try to do my very best to ensure we have a beautiful future on this planet.

NO SINGLE USE PLASTICS!

Single use plastic for packaging purposes is choking the life from our planet, I use ONLY biodegradable packaging for my jewellery and art. It’s tricky to source materials without them arriving strung onto or wrapped in something plastic however if something already exists and finds its way to me you can bet I’ll reuse it so expect to receive your order wrapped and packed with recycled cardboard and not a scrap of new plastic.

This ethos stands for both my business and everyday-at-home practices.

CRAFTING MATERIALS

Part of the personality of my jewellery pieces comes from the quality of the natural materials they are made from - that means only genuine gemstones, biodegradable cotton cord and .925 Sterling Silver metal parts, I never use plastic beads or coated wire.

Unfortunately some stone and metal mining practices leave a lot to be desired, I’m currently looking into sourcing recycled silver and stones from certified ethical suppliers.

CHARITY

Nature is inspirational to me so what better way to pay it back than to support environmental and animal charities every time I make a sale? That's why I've pledged to donate 10% of EVERY art and jewellery sale to a charity related to the subject itself!
