Forsythia Flowers gemstone drop earrings

Forsythia Flowers gemstone drop earrings

£12.00

Beautiful drop earrings depicting Forsythia flowers made to match both the Necklace or Bracelet designs. Long polished chips of crystal Citrine and Yellow Agate represent the blooms, familiar to many a Spring garden, soft green Aventurine hinting at the leaf shoots ready to sprout as the weather warms.

Dark wooden beads surround the gems to create the supporting 'branches' and are contrasted by genuine .925 sterling silver spindle and ear hooks (hallmarked).

These earrings are handmade by Fine Artist Sarah Clack using carefully chosen stones to create an abstract scene from nature, beginning as a watercolour painting (pictured above and included on a card within the gift box to set the scene). This is no ordinary gemstone jewellery!

The name for Citrine comes from the French citron meaning 'lemon', and is considered a stone of abundance and manifestation. Like the sunlight of Spring is warm and comforting, increasing energy.

Yellow Agate - The colour yellow helps to enhance feelings of energy, abundance, and creativity, while the subtly grounding nature of agate aids in mental clarity as well as bolstering self confidence.

Aventurine supports the heart and circulation, and is popular for boosting feelings of gratitude and optimism through a healing connection to the Earth. Considered a lucky gem, the name is based on the Italian Aventura meaning 'by chance'.

Each 'Forsythia' set sold will see 10% support The Woodland Trust ensuring an environment for wildlife and future generations to enjoy.

A note on Gemstones: Gemstones are a natural material and vary from stone to stone - the exact patterns and ‘flaws’ that make them so appealing will likely vary slightly from that pictured, though each stone is carefully chosen to properly represent the abstract element of the subject. This means that while it’s impossible to specify the exact pattern you will receive (trust that the universe will guide the right stones to the recipients), you can be sure that no-one else will ever have the same thing!
